Construction

In addition to the normal construction and installation works, provided by our sister companies, Perfect Construction Engineering and Lagoon Energy, MEP works, the company provides specialized supporting services for the construction industry. Such services include the following:

• Site survey, geotechnical studies, inspection and testing in association with our sister company Qatar Engineering Laboratories.
• Supply of temporary site facilities.
• Excavation and trenching works and Earth moving in association with New Vision Engineering.
• Piling works in association with company Bahrain Foundation.
• Supply of building and construction materials.

Our services are extended to construction of public buildings, residential buildings and also commercial buildings.

International Representation

The main objective of this Department to represent international contractors, suppliers and service agencies in the State of Qatar. Our main role is to promoting international businesses by creating the right environment and grasping the opportunities that may avail in Qatar.

Over the past few years, we have successfully secured few good contracts for our represented companies in the fields of construction, supply of materials and other services.

We invite international contractors and suppliers to participate in the development and growth of the local Qatari market, in engineering and construction related fields and services, by taking part in announced public tenders and also in limited tenders by invitation. Our highly experienced personnel will give full support and right advices to our associates and companies on our sponsorship.

The company also works with some international firms on project by project basis bidding for governmental and state owned company tenders and major projects.

We also represent few companies in the field of material supply, maintenance services and research institutes.
